A Banker 1998 onwards with experience in leading the Operations, Treasury, Trade, Finance, Logistics and Human Resources functions, Ajit has been involved with NBI right from its inception in designing and delivery of wide range of Bank Operations related training and few Soft Skills training across the country. He subscribes to a training philosophy which integrates the "fun" component in trainings and allows the trainees to be co-creators of knowledge.
He holds an Associate Membership (Learning & Development) from CIPD, UK and is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program in Kathmandu University, School of Education where his research interest are related to Adult Learning in Financial Literacy Classes having completed M.Phil from the same School with a thesis "Exploring the linkages between trainee reaction and trainee behavior". His academic interests encompass Curriculum Design, Training Transfer, Adult Learning, Qualitative Research, Financial Literacy, Constructivism, Motivation and Critical Pedagogy among others.
He currently works in Kumari Bank Limited.
