Euden Koirala is currently the People and Organizational Development Manager in WaterAid UK, Nepal office. Prior to this she was working under the capacity of Head of Operations and Service Excellence at Laxmi Bank, Nepal prior to which she was with Standard Chartered Bank Nepal in various roles. She has 22 years of knowledge and experience of service functions, human resource development and senior management roles. Additionally, Euden has vast training delivery and facilitation experience. Her trainings continue to equip people to help develop strong communication, organizational, motivational and management skills. She has established customized training programs while simultaneously improving training processes and procedures in her field of work. She is one of the very few skilled lady trainers in Nepal. Euden is also a Certified Trainer and Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She also holds a Diploma in Marketing of Services from Maastricht, Netherlands and on Quality Control Management from Yokohama, Japan.
