Head of Operations and Service Excellence at Laxmi Bank, Euden brings with her over 20 years of knowledge and experience in banking having had a decade long stint each at Standard Chartered Bank Nepal and Laxmi Bank.
Euden is a Certified Trainer and Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming from ANLP India with additional Diploma in Marketing of Services from Maastricht, Netherlands and Diploma in Quality Control Management from Yokohama, Japan. She has vast training delivery and facilitation experience as well as profound knowledge of Customer Service procedures. Her trainings continue to equip participants to help develop strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills. She has established numerous sound customized training programs while simultaneously improving training processes and procedures country wide.
