Mr. Pankaj Pant, an MBA with specialization in Banking, having more than 16 years of banking experience, is currently working as Head Remittance Business at Siddhartha Bank Limited. Mr. Pant started his banking career from Himalayan Bank Limited where he worked at Trade Finance, Cash and Remittance Department. Before joining Himalayan Bank, Mr. Pant had worked in Dabur Nepal (P) Ltd.
Mr. Pant, who joined Siddhartha Bank in 2006, has enriching exposure of different departments and branches. He has worked as Trade Finance Head, Customer Care Manager, Head of operations- Corporate office and currently leading Remittance Business Centre of Siddhartha Bank Limited. He has been a contributing member for preparation of different standard operating procedures, operational manuals and new products for the Bank.
Mr. Pant shares his enriching experience in branch operations, Teller operations, Trade Finance operations, customer care and remittance operations.
Mr. Pant has taken much national and international training on bank management, soft skills including training o “Train the Trainer”. He has conducted 200 plus trainings on branch operations, Trade Finance, Teller operations, remittance operations, KYC, AML and Customer service excellence.
