National Banking Institute Ltd. (NBI) is constantly exploring opportunities to provide high quality programs to the Nepalese bankers in both the technical and soft skills. To establish a mutually beneficial strategic alliance and evolve process of understanding and cooperation for development of human resources, we have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India. As a part of the MoU, with the main aim of developing managerial and leadership skills of middle to senior level banking executives of Nepal, NBI, in collaboration with MDI, proudly announces the first batch of ‘Management Development Program’ (MDP) to the Banking executives in Nepal.
