ONLINE PROCTORED EXAMS OF JANBI & CANBI IN DECEMBER 2020

Due to the alarming situation of COVID 19 pandemic, we were unable to conduct regular examination of JANBI and CANBI in June 2020. However, we are now pleased to inform you that we have now made an arrangement to conduct the examinations in December 2020  using state of the art proctored online exam platform.

With our online proctored examinations in place –

  • You will not have to worry of travelling to exam centers as before.
  • You can give exams from the place (free of any disturbances) of your own convenience using your laptop/ desktop.  You must have/self arrange a laptop/desktop with uninterrupted internet and power supply.
  • Risk of Covid 19 transmission  is completely eliminated as no gathering in class/hall is required
  • All examination activities will be virtually monitored live by proctors from NBI.
  • At the same time Artificial Intelligence (AI) integrated system will be generating the credibility scores for any violation of the exam norms and alert the proctor to take appropriate action.

To give examinations you must self arrange for a laptop or desktop with minimum of following pre-requisites. Normally, these requisites are already available in your Laptops / Desktops , however you just need to check and ensure.

Other Specifications:

  • It is preferred to use the latest version of Google Chrome browser.
  • Examination will run only on webcam and microphone enabled Desktop or Laptop.
  • Ad Blocker should be switched off and auto password save shall also be disabled.
  • Enable Cookies setting in Chrome.
  • All applications that use camera, microphone and screen sharing should be switched off during the remote proctoring sessions.
  • Popup Blocker should be turned off.
  • Clear the Browser Cache before the start of the examination.
  • Should have Admin access to the computer to enable & disable the required tab
  • Ensure that you are taking the examination in a room with proper lighting with minimal background noise and no other person should be present there.
  • While capturing your photo ensure no objects / obstacles are behind you.

For your kind information, the exam routine will be published in the first week of November 2020.
