Mr. Ram Raj Upadhyay is a banker by profession. He has been working in Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., (NIBL), Nepal since 1992, where he has had opportunities to work in different departments, branches and regions of the bank. He also worked with HSBC Bank PlC., UK in 2006. He has been giving in-house training in the area of Trade Finance, Credit and Operations. He has also served as part time lecturer for International Business, Small Business Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management for eMBA and BBA at Management Development College and Kantipur City College respectively. He has represented Nepal, in numerous occasions, in International Conferences relating to Human Resource Development & Mobility, Foreign Currency Exchange Management in regards to Nepal and India, and sensitive issues of South Asian Border Management hosted by various universities of India, mainly in Jaipur/Sikkim/ Ajmer etc.
