NBI is pleased to announce one and half day residential program on HR Workshop 2022 for all the HR professionals of the Banks and Financial Institutions. The objective of the HR Workshop is to create a forum for HR professionals to discuss best practices and network with peers. The workshop consists of a combination of group discussion, paper presentations by HR Experts in the topic of interest. The workshop shall highlight major presentations, discussions and power talks on various HR verticals such as Performance Management, Role of HR for Organization Success, Learning as a Key Business driver, Supervisory take on Talent Management in Banking Industry, etc.
