Amid Nepal’s increased monitoring status (Grey Listing), there is need to strengthen awareness, coordination, and compliance across all reporting entities. The gaps highlighted during the evaluation demand a unified effort from regulators, investigators, and financial institutions to enhance the effectiveness of the country’s AML/CFT framework. This conclave provides a timely platform for the stakeholders to discuss key supervisory findings, clarify institutional expectations, and share practical insights on emerging risks and challenges.
