EXECUTIVE EXPOSURE VISIT PROGRAM 2025

· The Executive Exposure Visit Program 2025 is designed to give Nepalese banking leaders direct access to best practices from Indonesia’s leading f inancial institutions. Over the past decades, Indonesia has successfully transformed its banking sector in critical areas such as regulatory frameworks, risk management, SME financing, Islamic banking governance, leadership culture, and housing finance.

·  Participants will visit some of the largest and most influential institutions in Indonesia, including OJK, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BSI, BCA, and BTN. Each institution contributes a distinctive strength—ranging from regulatory supervision and Basel III adoption to SME inclusion, Islamic finance, leadership resilience, and mortgage innovation. The insights gained from these visits will be highly relevant and adaptable to the ongoing development of Nepal’s financial sector.
