National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) is the apex-level banking and finance academy of Nepal, established with the vision of enhancing the capacity, professionalism, and governance standards of the country’s financial sector. The institute was established under the leadership and initiative of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal, together with the Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA), and with support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Apart from Nepal Rastra Bank and most of commercial banks, its’ founding promoters also included Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (formerly RMDC). Now, alongside NRB which is the major promoter, NBI’s promoters include most of the commercial banks, development banks, finance companies, and microfinance financial institutions. With its promoter base expanded to forty banks and financial institutions (BFI), representing all categories, NBI stands as a true reflection of inclusiveness and the collective strength of the entire financial system of Nepal.

EOI should comprise: Company profile, Copy of Company Registration Certificate, Copy of PAN/VAT Certificate, Profile of work experiences, Specification of Items and after sales services.
Competent Vendors/Suppliers can submit sealed EOI to the following address on or before 5pm 8th June 2026.
NBI reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning any reasons whatsoever,
