Mr. Sujan Subedi is a seasoned banking, finance, management, and training professional with over three decades of experience in Nepal’s banking and financial services sector. He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration (Marketing and HR) from Saint Louis University, Philippines, and a BBA from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

He has held senior management positions at Himalayan Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, Jyoti Bikash Bank, Siddhartha Development Bank, and NIC Asia Bank, serving in roles including Deputy CEO, Acting CEO, Company Secretary, and Chief Credit/Marketing Officer. His expertise covers credit and loan administration, trade and international banking, marketing, operations, risk management, organizational development, and strategic leadership.

Prior to joining NBI, he served as Lead Consultant – Operations at Leadership Academy Nepal and Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal, contributing to banking and financial sector training and professional development. He is also a recognized trainer and visiting faculty member for BBA and MBA programs, with extensive experience in management development, executive education, and international professional exposure.
