National Banking Institute Limited (NBI), a national level apex banking and finance academy invites expression of interest from self-motivated, dynamic and competent Nepali nationals to be listed in NBI’s roster of trainers in the following categories:
Position: Resource person (Trainer)
Areas : i) Banking, ii) Microfinance, iii) Soft Skills
Qualification and Experience:
- At least Bachelors’ Degree in related field.
- For Banking and Microfinance - At least 15 years of experience (with at least 10 years at managerial level) in Banking/Microfinance. Preference shall be given to candidates having work experience in multiple areas like Credit, Operations, Risk, Sales etc. and proven track record in delivering training programs.
- For soft skills – Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in delivering training programs in relevant soft skills areas, supported by substantial professional experience and positive training outcomes.
- Excellent Communication and facilitation skills
Terms of Service: As and when required basis (not a regular employment).
